Although the online store was up and functioning, he was unsure how to increase sales without raising his prices. What we did: We created a new e-commerce site. Our graphics and web team eloquently put together and eye catching site which allows the client to upload new product, track inventory, monitor the amount of visits and purchases, manage customers, shipping and packing slips online. The boutique is known for its write ups, media coverage and unique street wear pieces which attract the customers in need of exclusive underground brands. His customers are now shopping online securely using pay pal, his sales have gone up and despite this economical meltdown he has not raised his prices. |
